I spent 32 years of my life as Lorna Spenceley, but am now Lorna Dupré.
I live in Sutton, near Ely in Cambridgeshire. In the May 2010 general election, I was the Liberal Democrat candidate for North East Cambridgeshire - the constituency which includes my home, and much of the Isle of Ely seat formerly represented by Clement Freud.
When not involved in work or politics, I enjoy cooking, music, playing the piano, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I'm also a secret geek, with a particular interest in steampunk.

Surely you mean they are out of income tax, not "tax". The low paid will still be paying VAT, council tax, excise duty etc etc.
